Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

GuaranteedLeads.com (“GuaranteedLeads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by oBundance, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

GuaranteedLeads.com is a publishing and research website about business lead generation. The site is owned and operated by oBundance, LLC, a Utah limited liability company. You can reach us at jared@obundance.com with any privacy question or request.

Information we collect

Information you give us

If you subscribe to our email updates, we collect the email address you submit. If you contact us directly, we collect whatever you choose to include in that message. We do not require you to create an account to read anything on this site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive standard technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure and working properly.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

  • Strictly necessary cookies keep the site functioning, including basic security and page caching.
  • Analytics cookies help us count visitors and understand which pages are useful. These are set by our analytics providers on our behalf. No analytics service is running on this site at the time of writing; this describes how analytics will be used once the site launches.
  • Affiliate tracking cookies may be set when you click an outbound link to a partner company. No such links are live on this site yet. That cookie tells the partner that the visit came from this site, so that any resulting sale can be credited to us. It is set by the partner, not by us, and is governed by the partner’s own privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics and affiliate cookies will not prevent you from reading anything on this site.

Analytics

Once the site launches we will use third-party analytics services to measure traffic and understand reader behavior in aggregate. These services may collect your IP address, pages viewed, time on page, and general location at the city or country level. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors, and no analytics service is active on this site at the time of writing.

How we use your information

  • To deliver the emails you asked to receive, and to let you unsubscribe from them.
  • To respond to questions and requests you send us.
  • To measure and improve the content and performance of the site.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical problems.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this site, including a web host, an email delivery platform, and analytics providers. These vendors process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.

Data retention

We keep email subscriber records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Server logs and aggregate analytics are retained for a limited period consistent with normal operational and security needs.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident

Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any right described above, email jared@obundance.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

As research pages are published, this site will link to third-party websites, including companies we may have a commercial relationship with. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Read their policies before providing them with information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site develops or as the law changes. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
